Self-Defense Training and Education Designed to Meet You Where You Are in Your Journey

Monthly Self-Defense Classes

Our monthly self-defense classes are three-hour, hands-on training sessions that focus on the core principles of unarmed protection.

 

You’ll learn straightforward techniques that are easy to remember and proven to work — especially under stress.

 

We take our time so you can build real skill and confidence, practicing movements that don't rely on size, strength, or athletic ability. These sessions are ideal for beginners and anyone looking to reinforce the mindset and mechanics of effective self-defense.

 

Classes are held at Health 360 in Mayfield Heights, and registration is available through Eventbrite.

 

⚠️ Note: Classes may be canceled if fewer than 8 students register, so reserve your spot early.

Our private sessions are designed to deliver exactly what your group is looking for — whether that’s situational awareness, risk reduction strategies, hands-on self-defense skills, or a combination of topics.

 

These small-group trainings offer a focused, supportive environment to learn how to prevent, recognize, and respond to real-world threats.
